All packages include (except the No Edit option - see bottom of page):
  • Shooting and editing in High Definition.
  • Wireless microphones on the groom and the officiate, as well as additional audio recording sources.
  • One DVD and one Blu-ray Disc (BD) for the bride and groom, and one DVD for each set of parents.
  • No set time limit on how long we shoot or edit.  We shoot until we capture everything needed, and we edit until we have a video that you will be proud to show friends and family for years to some.
  • Two videos in one:  The full-length, edited wedding video with scene selections, as well as a highlights version set to a song.  This gives you the flexibility to watch your wedding the way you want with friends/family.  Watch the entire video, find the spot you want to jump to with our scene selections or see just the highlights, beautifully presented with a song of your choice.
  • DVD/BD chapters for easy reference.
  • Coverage of the bride's preparation before the wedding.  The groom's prep is also covered if a 2-person package is chosen, or if enough time allows for 1 person to cover both locations.
  • Coverage of the entire wedding ceremony.
  • Coverage of the photo shoots between the ceremony and reception. (unless a ceremony only option is chosen)
  • Coverage of the reception arrival, toasts, cake cutting, bouquet/garter toss, special dances and general dancing shots (unless a ceremony only option is chosen).

  • Professionally printed and packaged DVDs/BDs in a protective case.
  • No travel fee within 100 miles of Fenton, Missouri.  Travel fees, if any, will be quoted for locations beyond that radius.
  • When possible, we attend your wedding rehearsal - not to record it (unless that option is chosen), but to see where everyone will be standing, who will do what when, etc.  When we can't attend, we will gather that information at your ceremony venue a couple of hours prior to the ceremony.

Enhance Your Wedding Video:

Photo Montage - $225.00
Give us up to 50 photos of the bride and groom, at least 2 weeks prior to your wedding day, and we will set them to the music of your choice, and add it to your DVD/BD set.  Additional photos are $2.50 each.  Video clips can also be added to the montage, interspersed with the photos.  Call for custom quoting.  Click here to see samples.  Pricing for the display or projection of your montage at the reception is listed below.

Add Dimension and Movement to Your Photo Montage - $50.00 per photo
Wow your guests by adding 3D motion effects to the still photos in your photo montage to bring them to life.  This is the same technique used by the History Channel, PBS and others.

Love Story - $695.00
You both tell your love story - how you met, how he or she proposed, your thoughts on the future, etc.  It's a great way to tell your story at a rehearsal dinner, at the ceremony, at the reception or just on the video for future generations.  We shoot and edit at locations that have meaning to you and your story, and often include photos and music that help tell your love story.  Click here to see samples.  Pricing for the projection or display at your reception, rehearsal or ceremony is listed below.

Display a Photo Montage and/or Love Story at the Reception on an HD monitor all evening - $245.00, or Project it one time on a screen - $295.00
Display your photo montage and/or love story on a High Definition monitor, set up on a table where your guests can view the montage at any time during the reception.  Or choose to have it projected at one set time during the reception for an extra $50.  The price for creating the photo montage and/or love story is separate and is listed above.

Rehearsal Dinner Coverage - $350.00
Up to 2 hours of your rehearsal dinner, recorded with 1 camera, edited and included in the DVD/BD set.

Same Day Edit - $1,350.00
We put together a brief video highlight of your preparation and ceremony, set it to music, and project it on a screen at your reception.  It's a big hit with wedding guests, allowing them to see "behind the scenes" footage and sometimes even themselves from the ceremony.  If time allows, footage from a photo shoot and the beginning of the reception can also be included.  It all depends on the timing of the events of your wedding day and the time we need to complete the video prior to playing it at your reception.  Projection is included in the price.

Honeymoon Montage - $225.00
Bring us up to 50 photos and other mementos from your honeymoon.  We will set it to the music of your choice and add it to your DVD/BD set.  Additional photos are $2.50 each.  Video clips can also be added to the montage, interspersed with the photos.  Call for custom quoting.

Additional DVD or BD sets - $25.00 per set
All DVD/BD sets are duplicated and packaged professionally.

Convert video to the PAL format - $300.00
Once converted, additional PAL format DVD copies are available for $30.00.

Unedited footage on DVD or BD - $50.00 per DVD/BD needed to contain all of the footage
If you want everything we shot on camera on your wedding day on DVD or BD, unedited, this option is for you.  There's no fancy packaging or DVD/BD menus for this option; it's just raw footage, sweet and simple.  Now you can see what we cut from your video, and can hear what the groom said after the mic was placed on him.

The "No Edit" is a barebones option for those with an extremely tight budget, but who still want their wedding professionally shot.  The ceremony and reception are shot in High Definition and delivered, unedited, on DVD/Blu-ray Disc.  The No Edit includes:
  • Shot in High Definition.
  • One DVD/BD containing all footage, unedited.  Your wedding is shot with this in mind so that the presentation of the video is as pleasing as possible for this option.
  • Wireless microphones on the groom and the officiate, as well as additional audio recording sources.
  • One DVD and one Blu-ray Disc (BD) for the bride and groom, and one DVD for each set of parents.
  • Includes up to 8 hours on site the day of your wedding.
  • DVD/BD chapters every 3 minutes.
  • Coverage of the entire wedding ceremony.
  • Pre-ceremony coverage, if desired and if time allows.
  • Coverage of the reception arrival, toasts, cake cutting, bouquet/garter toss, special dances and general dancing shots.
  • A rolling scan of your wedding program, if it lists the bridal party and others the bride and groom would like to thank.  This is shown at the end of the video in lieu of the credits included with our edited packages.
  • Professionally printed and packaged DVDs/BDs in a protective case.
  • No travel fee within 100 miles of Fenton, Missouri.  Travel fees, if any, will be quoted for locations beyond that radius.

To reserve your wedding date & book our services:

  • Download, complete, sign and return our Wedding Video Agreement to us.  Right-click here and choose "Save Target As" to download the Agreement.  (Download Adobe Acrobat Reader free of charge at http://get.adobe.com/reader/.)
  • Send a check for the 50% deposit. The balance is due two weeks prior to your wedding day. For credit card customers, send us an e-mail and we'll send you a PayPal invoice.  It allows you to pay with any major credit card, or with a PayPal account.  A PayPal account is only necessary if you want to pay with a PayPal account.
  • Send us an e-mail to let us know that the Agreement and depsoit are on the way so we can pencil you in.  However, your date is not reserved until we receive the Agreement and deposit.
  • Once these two items are received, we will sign the Agreement and e-mail a copy to you, confirming that your wedding date is reserved with us.

What happens next?

  • A few weeks prior to your wedding day, we will contact you to gather more information about the timeline of events for your wedding.  We wait until then since it is common for plans to change up to the wedding day itself.
  • When possible, we attend your wedding rehearsal - not to record it (unless that option is chosen), but to see where everyone will be standing, who will do what when, etc.  When we can't attend, we will gather that information at your ceremony venue a couple of hours prior to the ceremony.
  • We show up on your wedding day to capture all of the events that you might otherwise miss in the hurriedness of the day.
